Resistance Band – Squat & Knee Lift
Hi Everyone, Sorry for the delay this month – it’s been a crazy last few weeks.
Check out this great exercise to strengthen the stabilising muscles in your hips and work the big butt and leg muscles also.
Try out a few sets and let us know how you get on with it.

Push Up & Diagonal Knee Tuck
Try this great exercise out – start with 2 sets of 10 repetitions (5 each each leg). Then aim to progress to 3 sets of 20.
